By downloading, installing, or using Lucky Draw Kit ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application. The Application is developed and published by Pawn X Ventures ("we", "us", "our").
Lucky Draw Kit is a standalone desktop application for running electronic lucky draws at live events. The Application runs locally on your device and does not require an internet connection to operate.
The Application is free to download and use with all features available. In trial mode, a watermark overlay is displayed on the draw screen.
To remove the watermark, you may purchase a per-event license. Each license provides a 24-hour activation window from the time of activation. One license is required per event.
The license is non-transferable and is tied to the device on which it is activated. The license cannot be paused, extended, or refunded once activated, except at our sole discretion or as required by applicable consumer protection law.
The current price for an event license is USD $150 per event (24-hour activation window). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price change will not affect licenses already purchased.
For purchases made through the Mac App Store, Apple's standard terms and refund policies apply.
You may use the Application for lawful purposes, including running lucky draws, raffles, and prize draws at live events, corporate functions, and private gatherings. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Application complies with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding raffles, draws, and prizes in your jurisdiction.

The Application, including its code, design, graphics, animations, audio, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Pawn X Ventures and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
The Application operates entirely offline. No personal data, participant information, or usage data is collected, transmitted, or stored by us. All data entered into the Application (participant lists, event configurations, draw results) is stored locally on your device. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
If you download the Application from the Mac App Store, your download and use are also subject to Apple's Terms of Service and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail to the extent required by Apple.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of the Application.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pawn X Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Application.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Application shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawn X Ventures, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Application or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Application is revoked and you must delete all copies of the Application in your possession.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
