These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quran Journey for Woman mobile application (the "App") operated by PawnX Ventures ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Overview of the App

Quran Journey for Woman is a Quran reading, listening, and study application designed for Muslim women. The App provides access to the complete Quran text, audio recitations, translations, tafsir (commentary), prayer times, and wellness features tailored to different life stages.

The App is intended as a personal spiritual companion and educational tool. It is not a substitute for qualified Islamic scholarship, medical advice, or professional guidance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

The App can be used without creating an account (guest mode). To access cloud sync features, you may sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.

When you create an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate information during sign-in.
Maintain the security of your account credentials.
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account.
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free and Premium Tiers

4.1 Free Tier

The App provides a free tier that includes core Quran reading, audio streaming, translations, word-by-word features, and cloud sync with usage limits on certain features (bookmarks, highlights, notes, tafsir views, and offline downloads). The free tier is supported by advertisements.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium unlocks unlimited access to all features, removes advertisements, and provides access to additional tafsir sources and data export. Premium is available as:

Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Actual pricing is determined by the App Store at the time of purchase.

4.3 Subscription Terms

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Account Settings after purchase.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4.4 Lifetime Purchase

The Lifetime Premium option is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that grants permanent access to all current premium features. Future features may or may not be included at our discretion.

5. Quranic Content

The Quran text presented in this App is sourced from established, widely accepted digital editions. We strive for accuracy and treat the Quran with the utmost reverence and care.

Translations, tafsir, and supplementary content are provided for educational and personal reflection purposes. Different scholars may have varying interpretations. We encourage users to consult qualified scholars for matters of religious guidance.

We are not responsible for any errors or variations in third-party translations or tafsir content sourced from external APIs.

6. Wellness Features Disclaimer

The App includes optional wellness features such as cycle tracking and mood-based verse recommendations. These features are designed as personal tools to support your spiritual practice.

Important: The cycle tracking feature is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Prayer adjustment suggestions are based on general Islamic guidelines — please consult a qualified scholar for specific rulings.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without permission.
Misrepresent Quranic content or use the App to spread misinformation.
Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, themes, icons, and original content, is the property of PawnX Ventures and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The Quran text is the word of Allah and is not subject to copyright. Translations, tafsir, and audio recitations are the intellectual property of their respective authors, publishers, or licensors and are used in accordance with their terms.

You retain ownership of any personal content you create within the App, including notes, reflections, and bookmarks.

9. User-Generated Content

Notes, reflections, and other content you create within the App are stored privately and are not shared publicly. We do not claim ownership of your personal content. You are solely responsible for the content you create.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, and various Quran APIs. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

11. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the App available and functional at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

Modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.
Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability.
Change pricing for future subscription periods (existing subscribers will be notified).

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through the App or app store update notes.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Prayer times will be perfectly accurate for all locations (times are calculated using third-party APIs and algorithms).
Qibla direction will be precise in all conditions (accuracy depends on device sensors).
Translations or tafsir content will be free from errors.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PawnX Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PawnX Ventures and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

Your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Data stored locally on your device remains accessible until you uninstall the App.
Cloud-synced data may be deleted after 90 days of account inactivity following termination.
Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your device's Account Settings to avoid further charges.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PawnX Ventures is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, except where prohibited by law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via the app store update notes. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

18. Apple-Specific Terms

If you access the App through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

These Terms are between you and PawnX Ventures, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, regulatory compliance, or intellectual property infringement.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
